"Women are physically weaker than men and they are not equal"
This has been taught to girl from the day when she started to understand the real world (patriarchal dominated society) and somewhere girls have also readily compromised it to some extent. Women were generally considered to be physically and mentally inferior. They have been forced to make compromise and sometimes they have been pushed to give up their dreams by family.

If I say "Women are always stronger than men", you might ask me who is weaker then? Obvious, it is men, who are weaker here. That's why they indulge in act of stalking and eve teasing in order to satisfy false male ego chauvinism and live in delusion that they are superior than women.

Definition of EVE TEASING :-

It is widely accepted fact that historical injustice have been perpeuted against girl & women for many decades. They have become accustomed of systematic chain attack of such harrassement, degoratory remarks, stalking, eve teasing, domestic violence. Right from school days to office working days, they have been subjected to face harrasment in the form of eve teasing and stalking.

Eve teasing and stalking are precisely a method of corrupt practices adopted by men deliberately to demonize/denigrate women by passing derogatory and vulgar comment, making obscene gesture to insult the modesty brushing against their physical appearance(womens body). Women too often have to bear the brunt of jokes of weak and moron people. 



Why it shouldn't be matter of shame?

It is matter of shame for us that women have faced such problem from decades and still they are facing this menance. Women's are most susceptible and most vulnerable to face such threats around everywhere, be it public place, shopping malls, cinema theatres, office workplace or anywhere. To be very blunt, they treated women as mere sex object whose existence in this earth is to only produce child. It display the pervert mindset of the people who still vehemently oppose the existence and identity of girl on the basis of gender parity.

LEGAL PROSPECTIVE
In legal terms, stalking is an act or crime of willfully and repeatedly following or harassing with an intention of harming or causing fear to the women. Social media platforms like twitter, facebook, instagram, whatsapp have added a new weapon to such pervert stalkers to demonize, threaten and harass them online. It amounts to stalking, often called as cyberstalking. 

It makes them feel unsafe even at home  because stalkers could make fake social media accounts in the name of victim girl in order to send explicit material and beyond that sometimes used it to denigrate her character so that it satisfy their male ego.

How to identify such stalker :-

In the age of technology, it is very difficult to track down real prepadator because they wear a mask of charm. But there is few common traits of stalkers. They may be rejected person, intimacy seeking stalker, the person who have been rejected by girl. 

LEGAL OPTION :- 
Irony is that under Indian Penal Code(1860), it didn't contemplate stalking as a criminal offence. However only good thing is that there  is some protection given to women.

Case against eve teasing and stalking :-
👉Section 66D - for impersonating
👉Section 67 - for transmitting obscene and explicit material
👉Section 298A - guilty of making a female target to obscene gesture
👉Section 292 - shows pornographic or obscene pics
👉Section 354 - criminal force use against women
👉Section 509 - vocal insults or sounds to sexually harass.

Despite such stringent action, women have been discouraged to file a complaint against such crime. It leads to encourage such pervert & low-esteemed people where they find a ridiculous enjoyment.

Movies like Kabir singh create wrong perception among audiences where lead actor treats women as property when he stated that "wo meri bandi hai".

It emboldened to the audience to relate themselves with lead character and consider themselves as machoman in real life. But at the same time, it brings mental and physical torture for women and make them bound to suffer more.

It is bitter but harsh truth that their own family let them down by discouring them to take action against prepadators because they felt it will bring  them into 'name and shame' condition into the society and could harm their dignity. 

SOCIETAL PROBLEM :-

The sheer audacity of men to humiliate any girl for the sake of getting attention is absolutely disgusting. The reason problem lies in the attitude and mindset of our patriarchal society.

The attitude of - ladke hai, galati ho jati hai -  sum up the entire hollow mentality of our society.

The attitude of defending boys at any cost has led us to such menance. Just because you have graeter muscle power than women, it doesn't give authority to make us feel unsafe. It requires huge courage to accept the truth and acknowledge that women are more stronger than you in all sort of ways. Starts treating them with dignity and put them in high esteem and honour. Stop living in delusion that they are just a mere sex object and child producing machine.

CONCLUSION

It is high time to get up for ourself, raise our voice and stop seeking validation from men. Enough is enough now. Let them do sacrifice dreams just like girls do, why should only girls tend to scrifice their dreams? Let them ask to change their behaviour towards girls. From now, we wont accept apologies, only changed behaviour. We shouldn't let them rule over our body and mind. Don't ever let them to dicatate any girl. Dont ever let them to dominate over any girl. Lets pledge that we dont accept apologies from now, only changed behaviour. We have to raise our voice in unison and shall fight against this menance.
